– 12 oz wide egg noodles
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup cottage cheese
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 3 large eggs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/2 cup raisins
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– Pinch of salt
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, melted butter, and a pinch of salt.
3. Stir in the cooked noodles and raisins, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Smooth the top and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
5. Let cool slightly before serving. It’s delicious warm or at room temperature.
