For the Iced Latte:
- 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, such as almond, oat, or coconut milk)
- 2–3 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
Optional Toppings:
- Whipped cream
- A sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- A drizzle of caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Make the Pumpkin Spice Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, water, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to simmer.
