- 4 chicken eggs
- 100g soft cream cheese
- 150g hard mozzarella cheese, grated

- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Dried ground garlic, to taste
Instructions
. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Prepare the Potatoes:
- Peel and slice or cube the potatoes. Set aside.
3. Cook the Onions and Spinach:
- In a large skillet, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and dried ground garlic.
4. Cook the Potatoes:
- In a separate pan, boil the potatoes in salted water until just tender but not fully cooked. Drain and set aside.
5. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
